Great Product from a Fantastic Company
I love the quality of this product but mostly I love the water it produces. It removes harmful toxins/contaminants and with the remineralizer attached to the inside of the pitcher it adds trace minerals back in. I have horribly hard well water that smells like rotten eggs when untreated. This little countertop device makes the water enjoyable and delicious. I use it for my cat’s water fountain, my coffee, shakes, tea, annd of course drinking water. After about 14 months of use I had to change the filters. Unfortunately that first one had gremlins because for a month or so I fought with it working properly and resetting the filter indicator. I finally thought to reach out to product support. This company stands by their product 100%. After some easy trouble shooting and me emailing a video of the problem, they offered to replace the device completely for free. They even sent me a prepaid label to send back the defective unit to ensure this problem didn’t occur again. This was very important to me as I was concerned over having to throw the defective unit in a landfill when a huge reason to have it is to prevent the waste of bottled water. They also let me know I could keep my brand new filters I had in that defective unit and hold the unused ones from the new unit for when these wear out. That was such a thoughtful thing to suggest. I have recommended this brand to everyone I know. I am also considering the portable device for road trips as I despise chlorinated water and bottled water. The filters are extremely easy to remove and replace as well.

Wouldn’t reccommend for any more than two people, use the remineralizer
I absolutely love this thing, with a few drawbacks. If you can, I would advise getting an udersink variation, as this takes up a lot of time and counterspace in comparison. Also, I live by myself, and have to fill this thing 2-3 times a day so if you have any more than 2 people I’d think that the hassle of refilling again and again would be painful.I use this water for everything possible:-Ice-Pasta/Rice water-Humidifier-Coffee-Essential oil diffuser-etc.I would bathe in it if I could. It tastes so smooth that it has ruined all other water for me, and I only want my RO water. It’s to the point where I bring a full water bottle every time I leave the house. (helps keep me hydrated!)I did a fair amount of research before buying, and this seemed to be my best option for my situation as I couldn’t install an undersink unit. This thing is expensive but it works. If you are consuming the water, be sure to ALWAYS use the remineralizer attatchment. This is because plain RO water is so pure that it will actually pull nutrients/minerals out of your body, ironically dehydrating you. It can also cause long term effects in the body. Same goes for DI or distilled water. One comes included and needs replacing only every 6 motnhs or so. Use it.I’ve filled the carafe about 100 times or so in the past month and here are a few things I’ve learned: 1. There is a surprising amount of waste water that takes some getting used to 2. The tank when filled to max fills about 1 and 1/5 carafes, which is annoying. To combat this fill the tank to about an inch below max so that the water runs out before filling the carafe. This way it wastes a bit less water and I need to refill the tank with every carafe. I would recommend this for ease of use. 3. The TDS-in increases throughout the fill process due to the waste water being pumped out and concentrating in the remaining water. 4. The TDS-out is NEVER zero, but for me, where the water isn’t too bad, averages around 7, which I’d say is pretty good. Sometimes, it spikes somewhere in the middle of the fill to the low 20’s as shown in the 2nd picture. However thats the worst I’ve seen it. At least its honest and accurate, and it isn’t something you would likely get in an undersink application. To simplify, I’ll make a pros and cons;PROS:- Extremely effective at removing contaminants such as fluoride, pesticides, or even microplastics. A feature unattainable from jug filters like Brita or Zero water-Water tastes amazing, especially with the remineralizer. Awesome for infused water as well.-TDS reader is a really cool feature-Easy to operate, get used to it quickly-Automatic backflush-High quality overall, especially the Glass carafeCONS:-can be tedious to fill and refill-Waste water is more than expected-Has a fairly large footprint, in my small apartment it takes up a lot of counterspace-Expensive-Max fill tank is an odd amount of water, only one full carafe per tank-the different fill settings are a bit hard to gauge if the carafe isn’t empty. (S:0.5L M:1L L:1.7L)TL:DRBuy this if you want to properly protect yourself from the vast array of contaminants in your water, or if you want some water so tasty that it changes your way of living. Worth the money and counter space if you can spare it.

Might Not Buy This Again
I’m not sure I’d buy this again. The pluses: 1. Taste of purified water 2. Speed of filtering process 3. Simple operation 4. UV “filtering” 5. RO process, low sound level 6. Re-mineralization filterThe not-so-great: 1. Having to throw away 40% of RO water 2. Water tank made of thin plastic 3. Pitcher made of very thin glass 4. Seating of water tank not perfect 5. Some minor leakage emptying tank 6. Raw input and clean output #’s are bunkWe drink a lot of water. Our water department goes through a biannual treatment practice that fills the water with contaminants and makes it taste awful. This machine removed the taste and smell problems. However, when we use tap water, or filtered water from the fridge, the raw water reading and the clean output readings DO NOT differ. So either the digital readout is just propaganda garbage, or the tap water, and the high grade refrigerator filter delivers the same water quality. No.The water tank (thin plastic) feels a little flimsy when full of water. The tank gaskets and flush mounting into the filter machine is touchy. First day machine wouldn’t work. Called service (which is terrible btw) and their two suggestions didn’t fix the problem. I fixed it by jiggling the full (unseated) tank until it finally fully settled into position. *Hint * the tank lid should be flush. You have to throw away a little more than a third of the raw water tank backwash. The RO process flushes contaminants back into the tank. So less output and more filtering processes.Filling the tank, filtering to first cup takes about ten minutes, five if you have it down to a system. The glass pitcher is very fragile. We haven’t broken it yet, but I’m counting the days. The call to customer service got me a promise to call me within 24 hrs. Not ideal, but okay. No call. Instead I got a lengthy email with two suggestions of “most often” encountered assembly or shipping problems. Neither was the issue. The system (with an $80 discount) was less expensive than most countertop filters. Most competitors charge extra for the re-mineralization filter. It was included with this product at no extra charge. When pulling the tank to refill (it still has a lot of waste water in it) there is always some dribbling on whatever surfaces are close by. The leaking comes from the gasket access ports on the bottom of the tank. There’s no way to prevent this. So, overall? Decent price value when compared to competitors, great taste of filtered water, and easy to use. But the build quality, leaking and poor service response are not great.

Love it!!
I finally caved and bought this; After the first 2 pitchers my test margined hit the low numbers for drinking water very close to the number bottled water is!Finally no more having to run out to get cases of water since my old pitcher filter option I had wasn’t doing the trick anymore.Yes it has a lot of left over water. Mine leaves half of the water tank half full with water it doesn’t want you to drink. But if you fill the remaining half it still makes a full pitcher and leaves half of the tank of water it doesn’t want you to use.Of course I tried re-running a full pitcher cycle with the half a tank of water and only got 1-2inches in the pitcher to drink then it stopped and said I needed to add more waterIs this a helpful trick to not have so much waste way🤷🏻♀️? Wouldn’t hate it if so.Water tastes so clean!Packaging was seriously incredible!Amazon boxThen 2 boxes just for the productVery stable support inside holding everything togetherIT DOES COME WITH A RE-MINERALIZER filter that attaches inside the pitcherI did not know that so I bought 2 for $35 so now I’m set with that for over a year.I ran the re-mineralizer filter under cold water from the tap for less than a minute because it did not have soaking instructions for that. It just said with the minerals sitting the first 2 pitchers would be cloudy.Mine were not cloudy.Took a few tries for it to make a full pitcher ones I got the first one it was a breeze.Love that it already had the other filters in place on the side compartmentMake sure you open it as it has packaging inside cushioning the filters for shipping.Only thing I was not happy about is that it had water inside the water tank.I was worried I bought a used one even though I never selected that.I’m guessing maybe it was a factory test done?Because to pack it all back in just so perfect after opening means it never goes back the same.So as of right now I absolutely recommend this product!I also love that you can take it with you if you move or maybe travel? I’ve seen people use ones like this in RVsThis is in my kitchen at home but for anyone that maybe be moving from house to house or apartment to wherever it’s not a hard line set up under the sink you have to worry about.Just need counter space.Or a shelf of any sort. With the ratio I listed above with the water tank staying at half and topping it off if that is a helpful tip then this would be great in an office as long as you have water in the office that can be dumped to be filtered.A few other notes; It seems all RO systems have the “waste water” so the ones under the sink send the “waste water” away. This system the waste water is left in the water tank.It was a bit difficult for me to remove the water tank for my first dump out but I’ve only had to dump it one time experimenting with it. I have made at least 6-8 full pitchers as I don’t plan to make a pitcher each time I want water. I have filled up a gallon jug for now to have on hand and ready as I am using this water for myself, my dog and my ice machine.Another thing I figured out with this system compared to the UV system the ONLY DIFFERENCE is this does not have the UVThey both have the re-mineralizerSo it’s up to you if you want to pay the extra $ for the UV optionOtherwise they are 99% the same unless the display is different then that would be another difference between the 2.Having this be a 4 step filter system verse the 5 step I think it’s well worth it especially since other ones are only a 2 step filter system. It appears some filters need changed every 6months and another after a year. Of course it all goes off of the amount of water filtered out.I thought it said it’s good for 297 gallons but can’t find the number anymoreAlso was super confusing in the “perks of this verse bottled water” like how many bottles of water are saved.Whoever made that does not know math as 6 bottles of water fill a 1 gallon jug fullSo if it’s good for 297 gallons of waterThat’s $1,782 bottles of water savedHappy decision making!Hope this is somewhat helpfulI also looked at this as an investment to the cost I would spend having to have bottled water and driving to buy 3 cases of water at a time as I don’t shop oftenThe space this takes up is obviously way less compared to cases of water

Love it for my family of 4!
We’ve been using this for awhile now and love the water! The taste is great! The capacity isn’t bad, we refill it several times a day using it for all drinks and coffee. It has been very durable and the filter alerts have not gone depleted at all yet after using for several months. We also used the added mineral pot that it came with and will continue using those at it does seem to add the minerals otherwise lost in the filtration process. When filter replacement is needed it requires 4 filters. What I read is that you don’t need to replace any of the filters until the final one is depleted, which is confusing to me because if the other filters are empty how does it continue to filter properly until the last filter is done. But anyway I believe it was worth the money being it has saved us so much in buying bottled water and also not having to recycle all those bottles.Great buy for my family of 4!

Water Tastes Great
My water is well water, that has no smell and comes out of my faucet clear. It is still pretty hard, though I have a softener, and it has a slightly off taste. I had an undersink Reverse Osmosis system for years that began to leak. I had no clue of its leaking until the smell of mold and mildew began wafting through my kitchen. It was awful. It took a while before a repairman was scheduled for repairs, and those ended up taking several days due to parts replacements and cabinet damages. I was looking to replace my old system but the hookups were plastic tubing and NOT conventional plumbing hookups. These plastic tubings were similar to my old system. My old RO System was convenient, in that it was self feeding and self emptying, but I could not risk any more leaks, as my cabinets are made of formica and press board. The original leak caused me great expense due to board swelling and molds. I reluctantly put in a single stage filter unit that used traditional plumbing feeds. It works well, but the water still tasted slightly off. I was disgusted. I purchased this countertop six stage system in January of 2025. The water filtered through it tastes marvelous. Though I need to clean and refill the water container for each pitcher full, I am very happy with my choice of this unit. I care for my sister and even she is drinking more water and loves the smooth clean taste that comes from this RO machine. I purchased 2 pitchers so that we have a consistent supply of great tasting water available for the two of us and my dogs. It was worth the price. The pitchers hold filtered water equaling 1700 ml / 7.18 cups / 57.48 oz.The unit stands 15 inches Tall x 11 inches Wide x 14 inches deep. I does take up counter space that I don’t have much of, but my choice was hidden leaking verses counter space. For me, the choice was clear. I hope this helps those thinking about a clean water solution. It is electric, so have a proper 3 prong GFCI electric outlet near by.

Troubleshooting
I just got off the phone with the manufacture since I’ve encountered a couple of problems. I’ve had my RO about 2 weeks now and sometimes the process will stop before filling the carafe so I have to hit the start button again, sometimes 2x. And, sometimes the carafe will overflow even tho I didn’t fill the reservoir above the fill line. The info I received from their troubleshooting department recommended a backflush: To backflush, press and release the two buttons at the same time (water should be in the reservoir to do this) and takes about a minute and no water will drip into the carafe. As for the overflow into the carafe, the representative said possible air bubbles in the filters caused the problem and the backflush should solve the problem. I was also told to never reuse the leftover water in the reservoir for the next cycle as it contains all the contaminates that were flushed out previously. I am impressed with their troubleshooting department’s quick response in resolving these issues.

Reliable RO Unit for clean, pure water! Highly recommended!!
I’ve been using this reserve osmosis water filter with UV sterilization over the last year, and it has been nothing short of AMAZING!!This is one of my greatest Amazon purchases, as I can now make hundreds of gallons of fresh, clean, safe water and ice cubes for myself and my pets from the convenience of home! No more lugging heavy 5 gallon jugs to the water machine at the grocery store, no more paying for water delivery in plastic jugs, no more potential exposure to chemicals from the plastic jugs that are driven around on a hot Arrowhead truck in the summer, no more lifting heavy jugs onto a water dispenser, or dealing with leaks or spills! This water filter is quiet, super simple to use, the 3 filters lasted me approximately a year (our tap water quality is horrible where I live) and are very easy to repurchase through Amazon, the added UV sterilization was also an added bonus that many other filters did not have! The actual reverse osmosis membrane is still like new and has the full 4 bars of life remaining.I love that I can store the water in the glass carafe, and cool it down in my fridge without the use of any plastic. The benefits of this filter far outweigh the price I paid for it, as my skin cleared up, I drink way more water now due to the improved flavor and texture of the reverse osmosis water and knowing my ice cubes aren’t loaded with contaminants!I highly recommend this filter, as it’s proven to be durable and has consistently performed like brand new since day 1.. the waste water collected in the water reservoir is reused to water plants in my garden, which seem to love the increased minerals and have been flourishing.Just buy it, you will not regret this purchase!!

Great water!
I bought this to keep at work for me and 3 employees. We actually have a RO system under sink and the water is horrible! We’d been using a Brita, but this seems to filter better. I read the reviews on this and decided to give it a try. It is an easy set up and fast at filtering the water. I was surprised at how much waste water there is left over though. And it was odd that the waste water goes into the same tank you fill. Kind of confusing really. Our RO maintenance guy came to service our under sink and explained that for every 10 ml water that is filtered you get about 2ml of filtered. It doesn’t take up much room on the counter top. We all love how it tastes! One was always buying expensive brands of bottled water. He no longer has to. We love it!

We love it!

We love it!

If you’re single it’s PERFECT but know you’ll need a fair companion if married
Perfect solution if you have been shopping for a high quality long lasting water pitcher reverse osmosis system! Yes I mean system this UV 7 stage SYSTEM with mineral pod is the best too if the line filtration system money can buy!!! Yes it is pricey but performance, high quality tasting water reverse osmosis system and portability is what you’re after try this, buy this unit with UV, and your go to water system will have you desiring and relieving you of any bad experiences all the way around! Yes it does take about 3 minutes for the pitcher to fill and this very well engineered and designed unit will have you being very pleased every time you utilize this. I am a single combat veteran and overall I’m just going to say I’m glad I invested $600 for this high quality unit! I did purchase the 3 year extended warranty for peace of mind only to have my last four automatic water filtering systems not lasting more than 18 months and their customer service workcenter standards of finding you a valid replacement and well leaving you high and dry, Bluevua is nothing like the others! Give it a 30 day tryout at minimum and you’ll be finding yourself with laughing at yourself by keeping the medium size box in storage! Substantially recommend this UV Bluevua 6 stage reverse osmosis unit!!!

We love it!
