    Impressive and Afforadable

    Thanks to 110″ monster televisions (that would never fit in my apartment anyway), the prices on 70-85″ televisions have come down so I took advantage of that and was rewarded with this exceptional television for under $1000. Legs go on easily. Set up is pretty straight forward (although I skipped some of the steps because I run my apps – Max, Prime and Netflix through my PS5) but can understand that it takes longer for people who go through the process. Picture itself is exceptional. Controller is a little small for my old, fat fingers but still workable. But over all this is a high quality television at a very very affordable price. Well done.

    Very good entry level TV, you cannot ask for more at this price point.

    Review of the 43″ model : Was close to not buying this because reviews talk of poor viewing angle and complicated remote setup. First off the picture quality is amazing, second the viewing angle is great on mine I cant imagine why people say it you have to view it straight on, WRONG, the remote is no harder to set up than any of the other TV’s I have had in the past, if you can follow basic directions you will have no problems, 1 step at a time. Others also report it not being bright enough, I felt like putting on my sunglasses with default settings, unless your watching it outside in full sunlight, trust me, its plenty bright. I would definitely buy another one of these.

    65 in UN65DU7200

    One of 5 Samsung TVs in our household. This one, (65 in UN65DU7200), advertises that is has Alexa built in but after checking the Samsung website – The series DU7200 does not have Alexa built in, nor is there a microphone in the remote. I don’t use it anyway, but some may be disappointed. Received ahead of schedule, less than 24 hours after purchase. Easy setup and great picture. I like that the legs attach multiple widths and heights and do so very easily.

    First One Arrived Damaged…Second One Is Good…

    As mentioned in the headline: The first one had a cracked screen. I ordered the setup delivery, so they took it back and refunded my money. Had I not ordered it I would have had to deal with Amazon for the return. I re-ordered it and they delivered it the next day. This one was not damaged and works as expected. My last TV was 14 years old and I paid well over $1,000 for it. But it gave up the ghost. This TV is so much more… This TV has many apps and features. The picture quality is pretty incredible for this price point. It’s well worth the $399. If you have a good internet connection, the numerous apps will provide ample viewing without cable. But if you’re inclined to have cable too, all it takes is plugging in an HDMI cable. This doesn’t have an Optical Audio Port, but I was able to pair my Vizio Sound Bar with TV’s Blue Tooth. I would definitely buy again. There are better TV’s out there, but not at this price point.

    Huge TV!

    I bought this to put in our living room, best decision ever! Picture is clear, colors are good, setup was easy. The onscreen guides walk you through the process of connecting your TV to the internet and all attached electronics. The size is perfect for a living room space and looks like we are at the theater. Absolutely love the 85” screen. It is definitely a two person lift onto the wall mount though. 71 pounds is not that heavy on a regular dead lift however with the size of this tv you can’t wrap your arms around it and lift. Need one person on each end to lift. Plus the height you have to lift to put it on the wall would be very difficult for one person, that’s even if one person would be able to grab it in a way to even get it off the ground. I highly recommend this TV. Delivery was awesome and no cracks or damage to the screen.

    Wait this TV isn’t $1000+ ?!

    Oh how have times have changed! I thought I needed to pay $1000+ to get a tv but I paid less than half of that price for a fantastic TV. If you were to show me this tv I would’ve thought that it was more expensive than the retail price. This is literally the best bang for you buck! Makes you think what’s the catch, but so far there isn’t any catch! The black levels are great for a LCD screen. I don’t see much blooming. The bezels are really thin, makes you think you’re looking into a portal 😳🤣 my wife and I are watching planet earth 2 and it looks SO GOOD. Buy this TV now if you’re on a budget and looking for a new TV!

    Great Amazon Service & TV

    Great TV, great picture & options, very user friendly once you get into the Samsung programs. Amazon process and inside delivery were absolutely fantastic. They delivered to my basement unpackaged the TV, set it in place, removed the packaging & moved my old TV to my garage for disposal & the Great thing I ordered on Friday & they delivered on Saturday….. How do you beat that for customer service? I will always think of Amazon w when ordering anything.

    Samsung 85 Crystal is a good TV for the Price

    Great Picture for the Price. Everything works except the Spectrum app which hangs up when trying to change channels after 15 minutes or so of watching a program. I have 3 Samsung TV’s and they are all having the same problem. The spectrum tech said he noticed he was having the same problem at his house with the Samsung TV. Spectrum came out and upgraded the router but that didn’t solve the problem, so they installed a XUMO streaming device on each of our TVs until Samsung admits they broke the app. Very annoying to have to change to a different remote control to change channels, but still need the Samsung remote to get to the TV main menu and settings. None of the other apps on the Samsung hang up like this so if you’re not using the spectrum app, this will work fine for everything else. I love all the news channels that come with Samsung TV plus, so find myself changing remotes a lot. I miss the contrast of the 82 inch samsung Q model which died after 4 years, so we decided to replace it with the Crystal 85 model which is about a third the price, so it won’t hurt so bad when it dies. We watch a lot of TV.

    Good TV, no hardware included

    The Television does not come with mounting bolts, I had to drive half and hour to the closest hardware store. This was a major inconvenience when the company could easily just send you some with washers included. With that being said I like the TV and the picture is phenomenonal another issue I had was my Bose sound bar is not supported and had to buy a Samsung sound bar aswell but I’m not a manufacturer and should have looked to see if there was an optical audio connection before hand. Still just 4 stars on the account of me having to go find proper hardware myself.

    Good TV

    We were really excited to set up our new TV on our nightstand, but the experience was frustrating at first. The first one arrived cracked, and unfortunately, the second one came damaged too. At that point, we didn’t want to go through the hassle of another return—especially since we were eager to get it up and running—so we accepted a partial refund and kept it.That said, the TV itself is great. The picture quality is solid, and for the price, it’s honestly a great deal. Despite the rocky start, we’re happy with the purchase overall.

    Fantastic tv for the price!

    I’ve been contemplating on buying a new tv for a while now. My eye sight is hotter so I was having a hard time seeing anything clearly on the 50 inch tv I had in my bedroom. I’m pretty happy with this purchase. The quality and colors look absolutely amazing, especially on cartoons. The tv was super easy to set up and is surprisingly light for its size. My only complaint (and it’s totally a personal preference) is that it it does that weird thing where a lot of newer shows look like they filmed them the way soap operas or old British shows were shot. I’m not sure if you’ll know what I’m talking about, but I hate that so it’s taking some time to get used to it.

    Initial Samsung 50″ DU7200 Smart TV

    Delivery by Amazon seems to be spot on. It was delivered on time with no apparent box damage and no apparent damage to the TV. Now for the not so good; it is not easy to set up and I am electronically proficient. The process to create a Samsung account (which I really did not want to do) in order to use the Smarthub feature is less than intuitive and just a royal pain. Once I completed this process, I moved onto using the Remote to start customizing the picture, sound and adding streaming services. Again, less than intuitive. And speaking of the Remote, I guess Samsung saved .0001 cents by designing a tiny form factor with few buttons which forces every button to have multiple functions which may take me several days to memorize. Now for the good, the picture seems to be excellent, and I have barely scratched the surface of adjustment. Upscaling is very impressive and makes old shows look close to high def quality. Sound quality is good (for my bedroom) but would work best with a soundbar if in a larger room. The bezel around the screen is very acceptable so the actual picture takes up 99% of the screen. One final thing to note, some other review specifically stated the legs are adjustable and could spread different widths. This is most definitely NOT TRUE. There is only one setting which is about 30″ apart for the DU7200 model.Perhaps in 30 days I will provide another review once I’ve lived with it a while. I’m hoping this set really shines since “for the money”, a 50″ 4K Samsung for $325 seems like a very fair deal.

    No digital optical input

    Was not compatible with my Sonos Playbar as this tv does not have digital optical inputs. May not be an issue for you, but it certainly was for me.Aside from this, it’s a great tv.

    these work great for pc monitors if you are using them for work like cad.

    I bought one of these at the end of 24 to use as a computer monitor for my cad work. it was excellent but I eventually need 2 for my cad work. I bought another at the beginning of April, and that one showed up with a crack in the screen. I set up for replacement and amazon came and picked up the tv and delivered a new one the next day. it was very seamless and helpful.

    Nice picture

    My family and I like this tv. It has a nice quality picture that’s more of a blacker tint compared to a greener tint if that makes sense. I did do a lot of research before making up my mind. If you like you could pull it up on ***tube and see the tint as I was saying. Can’t go wrong buying this tv.

    remote is trash

    The television is great, the remote not so. It has a round circle that you can click either way, and a button for netflix, amaxon, disney, etc. I spoke with an agent and they wanted my e-mail address (the TV), then they said my password was wrong??? works for me and has for several years, the one we replaced was a Samsung and I had the old remote, it will pull up Direct TV (there was no way the agent could even get Direct TV to come on). Anyhow Direct TV will come on in the HDIM we have it plugged into and from there it goes to full screen, I can use the remote just like usual. I haven’t bothered with Amazon or Netflix because we can get them on the TV upstairs and I figured it would be another headache that I didn’t need.

    Great hdtv for the price. Bought 55 inch. FYI if you want to set up the Samsung channels, you need a digital antenna. Great color saturation, I like it. I have noticed the wrinkles on people’s faces. It’s scary. No wonder why Botox is so popular.

    Typical Samsung quality image and adjustability. Buyers should be aware they should disable the “marketing” data collection functions in the Privacy Menus if they don’t want to send this user data back to Samsung. All of my Samsung TVs are on my network so I disabled this marketing functions

    The tv is fantastic. The delivery by UPS was a downer, it was delivered outside, UPS never rang the door bell and just left it outside. My small wife and l had to struggle bringing it inside. I will never order a big size item through Amazon.Im extremely dissapointed.

    Easy to set up

    I got the 43, so it’s very light and was easy for me to get out of the box and onto the shelf by myself. It’s a good size for my needs. The picture is beautiful. The sound is good. When searching for apps to install it kept telling me I could say it instead of typing but the remote does not have a microphone so that is not possible. Other than that I’m happy with it. It downloaded and installed it’s own updates without me needing to know what to do, so set up was easy.

    I’m confused

    This tv is pretty much the same as my last Samsung. The biggest difference is with this one I can’t get the white to be pure white and not green tinged. The face coloring is correct so it’s not the tint. I wish I knew how to get it whiter and brighter. Easy to set up and downloaded my home screen from my last Samsung which was super convenient.

    Great tv for the price. I use it in the bedroom above a 5 ft 5 inch desk back shelving. Almost reaches the ceiling. Laying in bed it feels like im at the movies. Moved the older one, same size to the living room as that one went out.

    55 is thicker than 65

    I bought the 65” less than a year ago and was impressed so bought the 55” for another room assuming they would be the same. Nope. The 65” is very thin—Maybe half an inch wide. The 55” is much thicker—probably 3”, so it sticks out from the wall further than expected. It seems heavier, too.Also, the remote sensor is on the bottom of the screen so the way it sits on the existing wall mount above my mantle requires me to hold my hand fully up in the air to use the remote. Luckily I’m talk and have long arms—others have to stand up. I tried all angles with the tv mount which I cannot remove without hiring a handyman. They do have a remote app that I downloaded for free to my phone which is ok, but it closes every time I stop using the app or do anything else on my phone, so something simple like turning up the volume takes several clicks using the remote phone app.Picture Quality is great, but the remote sensor is dragging this review down by a full star.

    Almost perfect

    This 60” Samsung replaces a 6 year old 50.” Setup was fairly straightforward though slogging through this newer model’s advertising requires more steps to jump from one function to another. Picture is very sharp, color very good for its $329 price point. My biggest issue is that the sound is not the greatest quality. Worse yet, when streaming, volume must be pushed nearly to the max to hear dialogue properly. I see a sound bar in my future. All in all, compared to other name brands, this TV at $329 is a good deal.

    Remote does not make the grade. Video is good.

    Well, the display is great.. the problem I’m having is with the built in features…. I use Prime video a lot… the remote has so many problems it’s difficult to do anything. Some features are cool.. like if you pause on a selected movie, after a bit the preview starts playing. Cool, right? Here’s the issue… you can’t stop it! You can hit back to go to a different movie/selection, the tv is non-responsive! You can’t even power it off until the preview is done.That’s an example of how bad the remote interface is… don’t get me started on the audio controls..sigh.Oh well. At least when you get it playing, it looks great.

    Love, love, love my new TV! This 43″ TV looks a lot bigger than the picture, but that’s a good thing! The ONLY caveat is that you can’t use voice control on the remote bc there is no mic, lol! One of my greatest buys so far this 2025! Recommend definitely!

    4K quality for a great price!

    This is an excellent 4K TV for the price. It has vibrant colors, a smooth framerate, and fantastic clarity! Plus, it upscales HD devices like my PS4. Bluray movies look so good it’s like watching them for the first time all over again! The only drawback is that I cannot choose my A/V receiver, only TV sound or Bluetooth speakers. I feel it’s a shameless attempt to get the consumer to purchase Samsung’s Q-Symphony sound devices. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it five stars. FYI: Make sure to add a 4K HDMI cable for optimum viewing!

    Home Screen Sucks

    We are pleased with the size and quality of the TV. However, the home screen is so overloaded with videos, apps, recommendations, etc. We have been using AppleTV’s on all our tv’s but thought we wouldnt need it on this one since it comes with all the streaming apps… wrong. We ended up hooking an AppleTV to it so we could have a simple home screen interface.

    The Tv works as it should

    I love the tv it functions as it should I did not see item being delivered nor did I hear the door bell. The box was placed on my front entrance. The bottom of the box was wet and one end of the bottom was soggy and ripped apart. I did get a text that it was at my door shortly after they delivered it. I went to the door and opened it and saw the tv there. I took it inside and took the tv out of the box and it was undamaged. I let it warm up to room temperature and set it up and it works fine. So as far as delivery goes it got here the box was damaged and wet I got a text looked outside and it was there. Other than the communication issue every thing else was fine. I know your drivers are very busy and I’m sure they have a lot going on. Overall I think everything was ok.

    READ before DECIDING – Let it break-in/loosen up… INCREDIBLE value!

    The picture, after. tweaking to get the look I like on my TVs (not too contrasty most of all) — the image quality is STUH. NING. Those saying sound is ok or not great — I think a lot of ppl don’t give speakers in A/V devices time to break-in and loosen up. Not sure if science backs it up but I’ve been very picky about sound and visuals all my life — and after enough new gear pruchases def noticed that sound always improves after a decent break-in period. So I throw on meditation music on youtube orr spotify, bump up the volume a bit, and just let it play for hours. I can hear the sound on this TV going from sort of plastic boxey low quality and even annoying sounding, to deep, warm and smooth.This TV is anINSANE value. I don’t leave reviews often btw…

    Picture is good, remote is tiny

    So far I am pleased with the purchase overall, but as others have mentioned, the remote is tiny and just begging to get lost. It does the job, and I sort of understand why they didn’t want to bother with any of those preset streaming service buttons, but I worry about its lifespan. The TV itself arrived in good shape and picture is good. I haven’t tried to attach any other types of peripherals, guess I’ll find out how well that goes later. For the price, though, this couldn’t be beat at the time.

    75 inch tv Samsung

    This tv is shows such a beautiful picture I stay glued to this tv. I can’t wait to get home and watch it. It was delivered but one problem I did have with the delivery is that they didn’t schedule a call when they left it. I waited for that call or a warning. What they did was sent a text that they were on their way to deliver it. I was at work didn’t see the text message until I got home hours later. It’s Christmas time and you know it could have been stolen if my sister showed up to pick up something. Luckily she did and she had to push that extremely heavy duty box in the house. That was my only negative. 4 stars because of that
