    I recently purchased the HP 14 inch HD laptop with an Intel Celeron quad core processor, 8 GB DDR4 RAM, and 64 GB storage, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This laptop is incredibly fast and responsive, making multitasking a breeze. I also love the variety of connectivity options, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI, RJ-45, and USB type A & C. The webcam is high-quality and works excellently for video conferencing. Overall, I highly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a reliable and high-performance machine. I can’t stress enough how exceptional the low price point is for this HP laptop. It’s one of the reasons I decided to purchase it, and I’m so glad I did. For such a great price, I got a high-quality, reliable laptop with all of the features it includes.

    Thoughts of a 90 year old

    I wanted a new laptop because my old one was VERY slow. I ordered this HP laptop expecting it to be a OS10 because that’s what the info said it was and at my age I didn’t want to learn a new system IF I didn’thave to. When the laptop came it was an OS11. Oh well! It is very fast (which was exactly what I wanted) and I am clumsily learning my way through the maze of “11.” I would have liked the OS10 but if I live long enough will probably have to learn 11 anyway. The only reason I marked one area 4 star is because of the OS situation. Otherwise I really like this little companion!

    Not what I was hoping for!

    I was very hopeful when I ordered this laptop, but the one I received had several problems. First and foremost, be aware that the laptop does NOT have Windows 10 installed. It has Windows 11 S pre-loaded. I had hoped to be able to revert, but unfortunately the laptop never fully booted up. It stayed on a dialog screen for over 30 minutes, kept losing connection to my Internet, and would never move past the initial setup screens. This one had to go back. The machine itself looked to be in good condition, but it is definitely not as advertised. Very disappointing.

    Most of the c drive is taken up by programs to run the laptop

    Hardly any space in c drive left to download programs.Otherwise good weight speed and color.Very little disk space or memory

    Dont buy caught fire only a month and a half old

    This thing caught fire while I was at work and by the time I got home my whole room was Ablaze and the fire department was putting it out when I returned home. This computer was only a month and a half old. Do not buy this computer if you like your house or where you live. This thing always ran a little warm when plugged in the battery would never charge fully and apparently it had more issues than that because there’s nothing left of room that that computer was in .

    Computer laptop

    It was a very disappointing. I ordered the computer to go with a printer that I purchased from Amazon. The printer was fine, but the computer was not. When you go to type something it would type the letter 34 times then when you go to charge it, the plug would work and then it wouldn’t work so I had to send it back the size of the computer I was happy with the big ladders I was happy with, but the computer itself was a very disappointing.

    Horrible You MUST have a Microsoft account to setup

    You can’t get past the initial setup screens unless you have a microsoft account. Was getting for my nephew and he doesn’t have one either. I’ve been in the Semiconductor industry since 92′ so I’m no rookie with this stuff. This is basically a marketing/sales tool and not really a laptop you can use unless you wan them to own you. No thanks. STAY CLEAR.

    Doesn’t work

    I’ve had this laptop for a few months and it still doesn’t load anything. Takes me about ten minutes to actually load up my school work and white typing, Google docs will often crash.
