Very happy with my Typhur Dome 2!
I extensively researched many different brands and models of air fryers before deciding on the Dome 2. The cost difference was substantial, but I think this machine was worth it. I like the fact that during operation, it is relatively quiet and the housing remains safe to touch. I also am happy that it has never emitted a plasticky odor-even during its very first cooking session. I was also impressed with the 3 year warranty (with registration), as it is an indication that the manufacturer is confident with the quality of this machine.This is our first air fryer so I cannot compare the Dome 2 to others, but I can state that my family is very happy with it. Fingerling potatoes with oil and seasoning come out crispy yet soft on the inside. The crust on reheated pizza is arguably better than when first purchased because it is no longer soggy. My son absolutely loves tuna melts that weโve made. I love the fact that the cooking surface is large enough to make family sized portions while still having all the pieces laid out in a single layer for even cooking.There are some quirks with the machine that we learned to deal with. The fan is so powerful that it blew the top piece of bread entirely off the tuna met sandwiches; Iโve learned to use shortened toothpicks to tack the bread into place. Similarly, any loosely attached leaves on brussel sprouts get detached and charred. Also, I have had to lower the temperature of several recipes because of the proximity of the heating elements to the food.I do wish there was a way for me to detract one half of a star for one design decision. I do not like the fact that the cleaning cycle requires an internet connection and an app. This valuable functionality could have been incorporated into the existing interface on the unit. Like another reviewer, I do not like the idea of putting devices onto my home network unless there is a genuine need. Luckily, the upper heating element and chamber have remained very clean through its first month of usage.In spite of that flaw, we are still very pleased with our purchase. We use the air fryer nearly every day, and I continue to search for new recipes on the web to expand my familyโs culinary options.

Very happy with this purchase. Skeptical before trying it out.
This is the BEST air fryer, thereโs only two of us but Iโm so happy with the amount of food I can cook. Itโs the great for reheating leftovers. The microwave is taking a break and may retire. Cleaning is not a problem. I loaded it up with garden ripe Roma tomatoes with onion, peppers and garlic, some seasoning and it was the best sauce ever. After it had cooled, I put it in the blender to make an amazing marinara sauce. Coated some peppers & patty pan squash with olive oil and seasoning and they were roasted to perfection. Marinated steak cut into bite size pieces was perfect with roasted potatoes & veggies. NOTHING sticks, donโt need parchment paper. Iโm still learning but I canโt believe how intuitive it is to operate. I was very skeptical about replacing my 14 year old toaster oven but I can say it wonโt be missed. I havenโt tried baking with it but thatโs next.Yes, itโs pricey but so far, Iโm happy to report this was a no brainer. Eating at home, healthy food, saving time & money. Every meal is an adventure in good taste & health. You deserve it!

Writing reviews right after unboxing is like rating a movie based on the trailer. But here I am, months later, because this thing earned it.Iโve been using the Typhur Dome air fryer daily since October 2024 โ steaks, chicken, wings, bacon, and more steak (NY strip, ribeye, filet mignon, skirt, top sirloin, flank). Itโs quiet, cooks beautifully, and cleans up easily โ so easily, in fact, itโs never seen the inside of a dishwasher because I use it too often.This review is way overdue, by the way, but hereโs what prompted it: in the middle of cooking four pounds of bacon, it suddenly stopped recognizing the tray โ game over. I braced for a long email chain of โIs it plugged in?โ questions. Instead, they immediately offered a free replacement. No hassle. No hoops. Just handled.Typhur already had me as a fan. Now theyโve earned a loyal evangelist. Buy this thing on sale or full price. It doesnโt matter. It’s worth it. Just buy it.

My Favorite Appliance โ Excellent Quality and Customer Service!
My husband jokingly suggested I get a second air fryer since I was always juggling multiple dishes in my current unit. After a lot of research, I chose the Typhur 2 Dome Air Fryer. It ranks as the best air fryer Iโve usedโthe wider base allows for more even cooking and larger portions, and itโs much quieter than my previous model. You often do not know it is on. It is EASY to clean and has a โself-cleaningโ feature as well. It is my most-used kitchen appliance.When the handle on the drawer broke, I contacted customer service. I spoke with human beings, not AI, on each occasion (highly unusual today). Typhurโs Customer Service also responded very promptly to my emails. The Typhur Dome 2 comes with a 3-year warranty, and when Typhurโs customer service informed me the replacement part was delayed, to my great surprise, they replaced the entire unit! Fast, friendly, and no hassleโtruly outstanding customer service.This is a high-performance air fryer backed by a company that genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

HELP…..
Updated:I managed a return to Amazon with what I thought was a wrong item. On YTube, I saw several Dome machines that looked like it had more of menu then mine. I assumed I had the wrong machine or a broken one. After having to get help, and a lot of packing and lifting from someone, it got returned and I got my new one. You can imagine my surprise when I thought it had the same issue. In the meantime,Typhur had also reached out to offer a refund. So below is an updated review with pros and cons and what caused the confusion. Both Amazon and Typhur offered excellent customer service.PROS:Top and bottom element.Self cleaning but top area only.Nice large basket.Ceramic basket, not Tephlon.Cooks food well.CONS:If you don’t have internet, you can’t use cleaning function and won’t have access to the extended menu. This the cause of my problem and a lot of wasted time. While you can do presets from your phone, you can’t start it from your phone. Have to start if from the machine. But then you can’t do presets from the machine unless you have the app. Some fixes need to be done. In general, it’s a nice machine and does what it should.It works as should to a point. I noticed on videos that there are 10 options on the screen. My screen only shows 8 options. I don’t have an option for bacon or dehydration. And yes I checked and I ordered Dome 2. TYPHUR, PLEASE HELP.

A Remarkable Product
All my friends pressed me to get an air fryer, so I do what I always do… ask all those who have one how they like their air fryer. Most said the couldn’t live with out one. I’d heard this before when I first saw a new fangled kitchen gadget called a “microwave oven.” – Anyway, I believe I got a good price on the Typhur Dome2 and went for it. I screwed up the first use because I popped salmon fillet and cranked up the unit in air fryer mode. When smoke began to pour out of the back, I knew something was wrong… turns out a salmon fillet is supposed to be in “roast” mode. Tried it a second time and wow, what a difference. I was sold at that point. Today I had a grilled cheese sandwich and it was perfect. Get rid of your toaster, your toaster oven, your panini press and buy one of these terrific kitchen appliances. I’m only a week into it, but I think I will be using this excellent product for many years to come. Yeah, it costs much more, but I think the value is there. Get the extended warranty if you’re a scaredy cat, Iike I am.

Typhun could change the way you prepare food forever in good way.
Ok I have owned 5 Air Fryers One off brand 2 Ninjas 2 Corsica and now this.. Typhun 360$ this most expensive. I just rescued it today. First set up was easy as can be including the WiFi app to control the cooker.I will report back every month for next few months. I consider myself an expert on air fryers and portable ice makers. I have cooked one think in it a hamburger. It came out perfect. I was extremely happy the Typhun is just a slick machine it’s so quiet you don’t know it’s on. The burger came out perfect cooked fast and clean up wast z breeze. Since it does not have a drip pan I was worried about grease but that was non issue. It also has also has thermostat that can be bought and worked thru the app which I will purchase next.From other reviews I watched and read I expect this to work out perfect. I know it’s expensive but you get what you pay for. It has some great recipes in the app for steak burgers potatoes all kind of items. That make it look simple to prepare good directions to. I am looking forward to the next couple months. I really like the the displays easy to read and use. I am 69 years old making my life simple but pleasurable is a big deal for me. I am single and want my cooking to be simple but be able to make delicious food and simple . This AirFry is really way more than just air fryers. It toast roast dehydrates it can do a lot . So I will keep you all updated. After just one burger and 6 hours of ownership I am glad I went ahead and spent the money on this. So until next month if you are looking forward a new one or just starting to look for one this is a 5 star Item.’ It will change how you cook and what you eat.

I didnโt want an air fryer- until I saw this one. Big and wide- top and bottom heating elements. App integration. Effortless clean up. Perfect unit for a variety of applications. Heats up and cooks quickly a variety of foods. It does an excellent job on chicken wings! Unbelievably easy to operate.And while being tucked away as you may be using your oven and cook top for other preparations, itโs another cooking source. It is extremely quiet, and doesnโt put off a lot of heat. It does however take up some space, so be prepared to dedicate some. I find myself using it more than I thought, which is good considering the investment. It certainly is worth it to me. My results have been outstanding for taste, heat, texture and speed.

We upgraded to the Typhur Dome 2 after our Ninja Foodi Grill Air Fryer gave out, and Iโm so glad we did. I bought it as a Motherโs Day gift for my wife, and after researching tons of models, this one stood outโeven though itโs a bit pricier. Let me just say: itโs worth every penny.We cooked 25 wings on our first useโno need for multiple batches like our old air fryer. The Typhur cooked them evenly, quietly (much quieter than our previous unit), and the result? The best wings weโve ever had from an air fryer. Crispy on the outside, tender insideโno need to pre-bake them in the oven like we used to.We also made fries, and they came out perfectโcrispy, golden, and delicious, like classic McDonaldโs fries back in the day.It feels very well-built, looks sleek, and the app integration is a nice bonus. Time will tell on durability, but based on performance alone, this is hands-down the best air fryer weโve owned.

Very happy with my Typhur Dome 2!
I extensively researched many different brands and models of air fryers before deciding on the Dome 2. The cost difference was substantial, but I think this machine was worth it. I like the fact that during operation, it is relatively quiet and the housing remains safe to touch. I also am happy that it has never emitted a plasticky odor-even during its very first cooking session. I was also impressed with the 3 year warranty (with registration), as it is an indication that the manufacturer is confident with the quality of this machine.This is our first air fryer so I cannot compare the Dome 2 to others, but I can state that my family is very happy with it. Fingerling potatoes with oil and seasoning come out crispy yet soft on the inside. The crust on reheated pizza is arguably better than when first purchased because it is no longer soggy. My son absolutely loves tuna melts that weโve made. I love the fact that the cooking surface is large enough to make family sized portions while still having all the pieces laid out in a single layer for even cooking.There are some quirks with the machine that we learned to deal with. The fan is so powerful that it blew the top piece of bread entirely off the tuna met sandwiches; Iโve learned to use shortened toothpicks to tack the bread into place. Similarly, any loosely attached leaves on brussel sprouts get detached and charred. Also, I have had to lower the temperature of several recipes because of the proximity of the heating elements to the food.I do wish there was a way for me to detract one half of a star for one design decision. I do not like the fact that the cleaning cycle requires an internet connection and an app. This valuable functionality could have been incorporated into the existing interface on the unit. Like another reviewer, I do not like the idea of putting devices onto my home network unless there is a genuine need. Luckily, the upper heating element and chamber have remained very clean through its first month of usage.In spite of that flaw, we are still very pleased with our purchase. We use the air fryer nearly every day, and I continue to search for new recipes on the web to expand my familyโs culinary options.

This is the BEST air fryer, thereโs only two of us but Iโm so happy with the amount of food I can cook. Itโs the great for reheating leftovers. The microwave is taking a break and may retire. Cleaning is not a problem. I loaded it up with garden ripe Roma tomatoes with onion, peppers and garlic, some seasoning and it was the best sauce ever. After it had cooled, I put it in the blender to make an amazing marinara sauce. Coated some peppers & patty pan squash with olive oil and seasoning and they were roasted to perfection. Marinated steak cut into bite size pieces was perfect with roasted potatoes & veggies. NOTHING sticks, donโt need parchment paper. Iโm still learning but I canโt believe how intuitive it is to operate. I was very skeptical about replacing my 14 year old toaster oven but I can say it wonโt be missed. I havenโt tried baking with it but thatโs next.Yes, itโs pricey but so far, Iโm happy to report this was a no brainer. Eating at home, healthy food, saving time & money. Every meal is an adventure in good taste & health. You deserve it!

Writing reviews right after unboxing is like rating a movie based on the trailer. But here I am, months later, because this thing earned it.Iโve been using the Typhur Dome air fryer daily since October 2024 โ steaks, chicken, wings, bacon, and more steak (NY strip, ribeye, filet mignon, skirt, top sirloin, flank). Itโs quiet, cooks beautifully, and cleans up easily โ so easily, in fact, itโs never seen the inside of a dishwasher because I use it too often.This review is way overdue, by the way, but hereโs what prompted it: in the middle of cooking four pounds of bacon, it suddenly stopped recognizing the tray โ game over. I braced for a long email chain of โIs it plugged in?โ questions. Instead, they immediately offered a free replacement. No hassle. No hoops. Just handled.Typhur already had me as a fan. My Favorite Appliance โ Excellent Quality and Customer Service!
My husband jokingly suggested I get a second air fryer since I was always juggling multiple dishes in my current unit. After a lot of research, I chose the Typhur 2 Dome Air Fryer. It ranks as the best air fryer Iโve usedโthe wider base allows for more even cooking and larger portions, and itโs much quieter than my previous model. You often do not know it is on. It is EASY to clean and has a โself-cleaningโ feature as well. It is my most-used kitchen appliance.When the handle on the drawer broke, I contacted customer service. I spoke with human beings, not AI, on each occasion (highly unusual today). Typhurโs Customer Service also responded very promptly to my emails. The Typhur Dome 2 comes with a 3-year warranty, and when Typhurโs customer service informed me the replacement part was delayed, to my great surprise, they replaced the entire unit! Fast, friendly, and no hassleโtruly outstanding customer service.This is a high-performance air fryer backed by a company that genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

Updated:I managed a return to Amazon with what I thought was a wrong item. On YTube, I saw several Dome machines that looked like it had more of menu then mine. I assumed I had the wrong machine or a broken one. After having to get help, and a lot of packing and lifting from someone, it got returned and I got my new one. You can imagine my surprise when I thought it had the same issue. In the meantime,Typhur had also reached out to offer a refund. So below is an updated review with pros and cons and what caused the confusion. Both Amazon and Typhur offered excellent customer service.PROS:Top and bottom element.Self cleaning but top area only.Nice large basket.Ceramic basket, not Tephlon.Cooks food well.CONS:If you don’t have internet, you can’t use cleaning function and won’t have access to the extended menu. This the cause of my problem and a lot of wasted time. While you can do presets from your phone, you can’t start it from your phone. Have to start if from the machine. But then you can’t do presets from the machine unless you have the app. Some fixes need to be done. In general, it’s a nice machine and does what it should.It works as should to a point. I noticed on videos that there are 10 options on the screen. My screen only shows 8 options. I don’t have an option for bacon or dehydration. And yes I checked and I ordered Dome 2. TYPHUR, PLEASE HELP.

A Remarkable Product
All my friends pressed me to get an air fryer, so I do what I always do… ask all those who have one how they like their air fryer. Most said the couldn’t live with out one. I’d heard this before when I first saw a new fangled kitchen gadget called a “microwave oven.” – Anyway, I believe I got a good price on the Typhur Dome2 and went for it. I screwed up the first use because I popped salmon fillet and cranked up the unit in air fryer mode. When smoke began to pour out of the back, I knew something was wrong… turns out a salmon fillet is supposed to be in “roast” mode. Tried it a second time and wow, what a difference. I was sold at that point. Today I had a grilled cheese sandwich and it was perfect. Get rid of your toaster, your toaster oven, your panini press and buy one of these terrific kitchen appliances. I’m only a week into it, but I think I will be using this excellent product for many years to come. Yeah, it costs much more, but I think the value is there. Get the extended warranty if you’re a scaredy cat, Iike I am.

Typhun could change the way you prepare food forever in good way.
Ok I have owned 5 Air Fryers One off brand 2 Ninjas 2 Corsica and now this.. Typhun 360$ this most expensive. I just rescued it today. First set up was easy as can be including the WiFi app to control the cooker.I will report back every month for next few months. I consider myself an expert on air fryers and portable ice makers. I have cooked one think in it a hamburger. It came out perfect. I was extremely happy the Typhun is just a slick machine it’s so quiet you don’t know it’s on. The burger came out perfect cooked fast and clean up wast z breeze. Since it does not have a drip pan I was worried about grease but that was non issue. It also has also has thermostat that can be bought and worked thru the app which I will purchase next.From other reviews I watched and read I expect this to work out perfect. I know it’s expensive but you get what you pay for. It has some great recipes in the app for steak burgers potatoes all kind of items. That make it look simple to prepare good directions to. I am looking forward to the next couple months. I really like the the displays easy to read and use. I am 69 years old making my life simple but pleasurable is a big deal for me. I am single and want my cooking to be simple but be able to make delicious food and simple . This AirFry is really way more than just air fryers. It toast roast dehydrates it can do a lot . So I will keep you all updated. After just one burger and 6 hours of ownership I am glad I went ahead and spent the money on this. So until next month if you are looking forward a new one or just starting to look for one this is a 5 star Item.’ It will change how you cook and what you eat.

I didnโt want an air fryer- until I saw this one. Big and wide- top and bottom heating elements. App integration. Effortless clean up. Perfect unit for a variety of applications. Heats up and cooks quickly a variety of foods. It does an excellent job on chicken wings! Unbelievably easy to operate.And while being tucked away as you may be using your oven and cook top for other preparations, itโs another cooking source. It is extremely quiet, and doesnโt put off a lot of heat. It does however take up some space, so be prepared to dedicate some. I find myself using it more than I thought, which is good considering the investment. It certainly is worth it to me. My results have been outstanding for taste, heat, texture and speed.

Writing reviews right after unboxing is like rating a movie based on the trailer. But here I am, months later, because this thing earned it.Iโve been using the Typhur Dome air fryer daily since October 2024 โ steaks, chicken, wings, bacon, and more steak (NY strip, ribeye, filet mignon, skirt, top sirloin, flank). Itโs quiet, cooks beautifully, and cleans up easily โ so easily, in fact, itโs never seen the inside of a dishwasher because I use it too often.This review is way overdue, by the way, but hereโs what prompted it: in the middle of cooking four pounds of bacon, it suddenly stopped recognizing the tray โ game over. I braced for a long email chain of โIs it plugged in?โ questions. Instead, they immediately offered a free replacement. No hassle. No hoops. Just handled.Typhur already had me as a fan. Now theyโve earned a loyal evangelist. Buy this thing on sale or full price. It doesnโt matter. It’s worth it. Just buy it.

My Favorite Appliance โ Excellent Quality and Customer Service!
My husband jokingly suggested I get a second air fryer since I was always juggling multiple dishes in my current unit. After a lot of research, I chose the Typhur 2 Dome Air Fryer. It ranks as the best air fryer Iโve usedโthe wider base allows for more even cooking and larger portions, and itโs much quieter than my previous model. You often do not know it is on. It is EASY to clean and has a โself-cleaningโ feature as well. It is my most-used kitchen appliance.When the handle on the drawer broke, I contacted customer service. I spoke with human beings, not AI, on each occasion (highly unusual today). Typhurโs Customer Service also responded very promptly to my emails. The Typhur Dome 2 comes with a 3-year warranty, and when Typhurโs customer service informed me the replacement part was delayed, to my great surprise, they replaced the entire unit! Fast, friendly, and no hassleโtruly outstanding customer service.This is a high-performance air fryer backed by a company that genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

HELP…..
Updated:I managed a return to Amazon with what I thought was a wrong item. On YTube, I saw several Dome machines that looked like it had more of menu then mine. I assumed I had the wrong machine or a broken one. After having to get help, and a lot of packing and lifting from someone, it got returned and I got my new one. You can imagine my surprise when I thought it had the same issue. In the meantime,Typhur had also reached out to offer a refund. So below is an updated review with pros and cons and what caused the confusion. Both Amazon and Typhur offered excellent customer service.PROS:Top and bottom element.Self cleaning but top area only.Nice large basket.Ceramic basket, not Tephlon.Cooks food well.CONS:If you don’t have internet, you can’t use cleaning function and won’t have access to the extended menu. This the cause of my problem and a lot of wasted time. While you can do presets from your phone, you can’t start it from your phone. Have to start if from the machine. But then you can’t do presets from the machine unless you have the app. Some fixes need to be done. In general, it’s a nice machine and does what it should.It works as should to a point. I noticed on videos that there are 10 options on the screen. My screen only shows 8 options. I don’t have an option for bacon or dehydration. And yes I checked and I ordered Dome 2. TYPHUR, PLEASE HELP.

A Remarkable Product
All my friends pressed me to get an air fryer, so I do what I always do… ask all those who have one how they like their air fryer. Most said the couldn’t live with out one. I’d heard this before when I first saw a new fangled kitchen gadget called a “microwave oven.” – Anyway, I believe I got a good price on the Typhur Dome2 and went for it. I screwed up the first use because I popped salmon fillet and cranked up the unit in air fryer mode. When smoke began to pour out of the back, I knew something was wrong… turns out a salmon fillet is supposed to be in “roast” mode. Tried it a second time and wow, what a difference. I was sold at that point. Today I had a grilled cheese sandwich and it was perfect. Get rid of your toaster, your toaster oven, your panini press and buy one of these terrific kitchen appliances. I’m only a week into it, but I think I will be using this excellent product for many years to come. Yeah, it costs much more, but I think the value is there. Get the extended warranty if you’re a scaredy cat, Iike I am.

Typhun could change the way you prepare food forever in good way.
Ok I have owned 5 Air Fryers One off brand 2 Ninjas 2 Corsica and now this.. Typhun 360$ this most expensive. I just rescued it today. First set up was easy as can be including the WiFi app to control the cooker.I will report back every month for next few months. I consider myself an expert on air fryers and portable ice makers. I have cooked one think in it a hamburger. It came out perfect. I was extremely happy the Typhun is just a slick machine it’s so quiet you don’t know it’s on. The burger came out perfect cooked fast and clean up wast z breeze. Since it does not have a drip pan I was worried about grease but that was non issue. It also has also has thermostat that can be bought and worked thru the app which I will purchase next.From other reviews I watched and read I expect this to work out perfect. I know it’s expensive but you get what you pay for. It has some great recipes in the app for steak burgers potatoes all kind of items. That make it look simple to prepare good directions to. I am looking forward to the next couple months. I really like the the displays easy to read and use. I am 69 years old making my life simple but pleasurable is a big deal for me. I am single and want my cooking to be simple but be able to make delicious food and simple . This AirFry is really way more than just air fryers. It toast roast dehydrates it can do a lot . So I will keep you all updated. After just one burger and 6 hours of ownership I am glad I went ahead and spent the money on this. So until next month if you are looking forward a new one or just starting to look for one this is a 5 star Item.’ It will change how you cook and what you eat.

I didnโt want an air fryer- until I saw this one. Big and wide- top and bottom heating elements. App integration. Effortless clean up. Perfect unit for a variety of applications. Heats up and cooks quickly a variety of foods. It does an excellent job on chicken wings! Unbelievably easy to operate.And while being tucked away as you may be using your oven and cook top for other preparations, itโs another cooking source. It is extremely quiet, and doesnโt put off a lot of heat. It does however take up some space, so be prepared to dedicate some. I find myself using it more than I thought, which is good considering the investment. It certainly is worth it to me. My results have been outstanding for taste, heat, texture and speed.

We upgraded to the Typhur Dome 2 after our Ninja Foodi Grill Air Fryer gave out, and Iโm so glad we did. I bought it as a Motherโs Day gift for my wife, and after researching tons of models, this one stood outโeven though itโs a bit pricier. Let me just say: itโs worth every penny.We cooked 25 wings on our first useโno need for multiple batches like our old air fryer. The Typhur cooked them evenly, quietly (much quieter than our previous unit), and the result? The best wings weโve ever had from an air fryer. Crispy on the outside, tender insideโno need to pre-bake them in the oven like we used to.We also made fries, and they came out perfectโcrispy, golden, and delicious, like classic McDonaldโs fries back in the day.It feels very well-built, looks sleek, and the app integration is a nice bonus. Time will tell on durability, but based on performance alone, this is hands-down the best air fryer weโve owned.

Very happy with my Typhur Dome 2!
I extensively researched many different brands and models of air fryers before deciding on the Dome 2. The cost difference was substantial, but I think this machine was worth it. I like the fact that during operation, it is relatively quiet and the housing remains safe to touch. I also am happy that it has never emitted a plasticky odor-even during its very first cooking session. I was also impressed with the 3 year warranty (with registration), as it is an indication that the manufacturer is confident with the quality of this machine.This is our first air fryer so I cannot compare the Dome 2 to others, but I can state that my family is very happy with it. Fingerling potatoes with oil and seasoning come out crispy yet soft on the inside. The crust on reheated pizza is arguably better than when first purchased because it is no longer soggy. My son absolutely loves tuna melts that weโve made. I love the fact that the cooking surface is large enough to make family sized portions while still having all the pieces laid out in a single layer for even cooking.There are some quirks with the machine that we learned to deal with. The fan is so powerful that it blew the top piece of bread entirely off the tuna met sandwiches; Iโve learned to use shortened toothpicks to tack the bread into place. Similarly, any loosely attached leaves on brussel sprouts get detached and charred. Also, I have had to lower the temperature of several recipes because of the proximity of the heating elements to the food.I do wish there was a way for me to detract one half of a star for one design decision. I do not like the fact that the cleaning cycle requires an internet connection and an app. This valuable functionality could have been incorporated into the existing interface on the unit. Like another reviewer, I do not like the idea of putting devices onto my home network unless there is a genuine need. Luckily, the upper heating element and chamber have remained very clean through its first month of usage.In spite of that flaw, we are still very pleased with our purchase. We use the air fryer nearly every day, and I continue to search for new recipes on the web to expand my familyโs culinary options.

Very happy with this purchase. Skeptical before trying it out.
This is the BEST air fryer, thereโs only two of us but Iโm so happy with the amount of food I can cook. Itโs the great for reheating leftovers. The microwave is taking a break and may retire. Cleaning is not a problem. I loaded it up with garden ripe Roma tomatoes with onion, peppers and garlic, some seasoning and it was the best sauce ever. After it had cooled, I put it in the blender to make an amazing marinara sauce. Coated some peppers & patty pan squash with olive oil and seasoning and they were roasted to perfection. Marinated steak cut into bite size pieces was perfect with roasted potatoes & veggies. NOTHING sticks, donโt need parchment paper. Iโm still learning but I canโt believe how intuitive it is to operate. I was very skeptical about replacing my 14 year old toaster oven but I can say it wonโt be missed. I havenโt tried baking with it but thatโs next.Yes, itโs pricey but so far, Iโm happy to report this was a no brainer. Eating at home, healthy food, saving time & money. Every meal is an adventure in good taste & health. You deserve it!
